Our Process
It’s important to us to have clarity from day one and we find it created a smoother project with less delays when we all stay on track. Below is simple an example of what the basic steps we take when planning and implementing a project.
Phase 1: Initial Meeting
We will schedule a meeting at your convenience, whether in person or Zoom. The initial meeting is the most important. We want to learn about your company’s goals, needs and objectives. We will discuss all the options available to you and the best route to achieve those goals.
Phase 2: Planning It Out
Whether you’re creating a custom Web site, a sales presentation, or print media, you will need to start with a plan. Together with our team will decide which direction to take. Navigation, process flow charts and site maps are prepared..
Phase 3: Implementation & Testing
We have revised our presentation of ideas and concepts, presented in Phase 2, to represent your critique and vision. There will be two more rounds, if needed, to fine tune the campaign to meet you highest expectations. Once all the designs and marketing visions and approved, we will implement them and move on to the final Phase.
Phase 3: Launch
After all the hard work, your project is finally launched! Whether that means a website goes live, or your marketing material is sent to the printer. We even offer support services for post-production or maintenance.
